Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

I was coming here almost every week things were good but my drink quality keeps going down.... clumped up mushy boaba is yucky....and then he asked if i wanted a bag... i agreed not knowing the karger drink had a reguslr lid... so it popped opem in the bag.... also please train the kids you have working to prevent issues on things like knowledge on promotions.... my promotionwasnt added and he was like oh it was just tax until i showed him my receipt:).... i actually told him twice before paying the promotion wasn't showing and he said it would show after paying..... thats not how it works anywhere lol... I wasnt rude but as a GM myself... I can know when a teen has made a mistake.... but he shoukd have been honest vs saying it was tax trying to push it off.... then it becomes about principle vs money

Me and my siblings went all the way Augusta Gong Cha from South Carolina and yet we had a bad experience with the employee service. As we enter the store, the employees said they don’t have black pearls (that was around 6pm) and we had no choice and took what was available toppings on our drinks. We used kiosk to detailed our orders, however, they didn’t follow our orders properly. We just ignore it and perhaps they made mistake, so we order another 2 drinks believing they could execute it right. And for the second time, mine wasn’t right. I asked for no ice but one employee seems acting with attitude because I returned my drink and ask for no Ice. I was very disappointed and just left the store. I hope the manager could take an action to address this concern to service employees not to give an obvious attitude towards their customers.

One of my favorite spots to get boba. They did this special for Christmas. Where they place the boba in a gingerbread man. The cutest. There is a bar seating and cafe tables to sit. Very cozy place to hang out 11.11.23

I’ve ordered online twice! The milk slush boba with aloe and mango popping pearls. It has always come with just the aloe and never the pearls?! Someone needs to do some reading comprehension bc this happening more than once is crazy.

Great place to get some boba. They have lots of options. The boba had a good texture and all 3 of our drinks were yummy. We enjoyed both the fruit teas and milk teas. The had some board games you could hang out and play and plenty of tables to sit at. We will definitely be back for more boba in the future.
